and you could also use fromage blanc. you could use cream cheese. you could really use any kind of cheese or anything that's thick that you wanted to. so, now that that's all put together, we're gonna take 2 of our crepes... and put them right here. and we're just gonna take a little bit of the ricotta mixture. you don't need much. just put it in there. and then i'm gonna fold them up into a square. and then you're gonna turn them over seam side down so they will stay up. so, here's the pan. and i'm gonna go ahead and add some orange juice. [sizzling] and you want that nice and hot, because you want the juice to really be able to reduce. and depending on the orange juice, if it's really sweet, you don't have to add any sugar at all. if you taste it and it's a little bit tart, add a tablespoon of sugar. but i've tried this, and it's delicious as the way that it is. and now i'm gonna get this wooden spoon, and i'm gonna actually add some butter. and we're gonna stir that in. now, you want that butter to melt dowlike this before you add your berries, b

something that gives us a sense of where we are in society. debbiwe in the media had a veryd time keeping up with the changes in society. how you keep up with the changes of san francisco if you are just one outlet. if a woman that lives in an alley starts off of the city lights in columbus, 91 years old, her building is sold into a tenant conversion into will be evicted after six years and her 48-year-old son hangs himself because he cannot find an alternative place for her to live, that is on the front page. it needs to be on our radar, that is who we are. that is what i want to know about the city i live in. meeting the challenge of news in its traditional, communal role. it cannot just be about the obama health care plan. government does not have the foggiest clue what is happening amongst governments. that is what i am worried about. technology is such that widens the gap. we know less about each other in this fragmented media landscape. >> the audience is now welcome to ask a question. if you have one, please line up over here. right her
